Things to know about your rental(s)
SPACE: We kindly ask for the premises to be clear of debris, pet droppings & etc. Measure set up area to make sure everything will fit as we cannot be responsible if there’s not enough room for the rentals you selected. POWER: You are responsible for ensuring that there are enough power outlets within 50 feet of your set up area. STAKES: Sometimes we drive stakes into the ground to secure most equipment. In accordance with state laws, someone from the state may come out to your property and mark the underground utilities on your behalf. We will provide details including the location address, type of work, and the estimated start date. It's recommended to mark your set up area with white paint or flags beforehand to assist the utility companies. After submitting request, Sunshine 811 will notify the relevant utility companies (their members). These companies will then send out technicians to mark the approximate locations of their underground lines on your property using paint or flags. You'll receive a ticket number. It's crucial to confirm that all notified utility companies have responded and marked their lines before you begin digging. You can do this by checking the responses to your ticket online. https://sunshine811.com/ Legal Requirement: Florida law (Underground Facility Damage Prevention and Safety Act, Chapter 556, Florida Statutes) mandates that anyone planning to dig must contact Sunshine 811 (Florida's one-call center) at least two full business days before starting any excavation. Contact number: Dial 811 or 1-800-432-4770 (toll-free) SPRINKLERS: We are not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems on the property due to stakes or staking. LEAVING EQUIPMENT: Equipment cannot be left unattended. You will be liable for any theft or damage that occurs to the equipment if it is left unattended and your damage waiver will be void (if applicable). Adult supervision required at all times! PARKS/FOREST PRESERVES/OTHER PROPERTY: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper permits and certificate of insurance. You can obtain a certificate of insurance from us by clicking here. Most parks require a general permit and a special use permit for inflatables, etc. GENERATORS: We deliver our generator rentals filled with gas as a courtesy. You are responsible for checking the gas level every hour. For safety reasons and concerns, we also kindly ask for NO PETS ON THE PREMISES FOR SET UP / PICK UP!
